Digital Marketing, Growth & AI Manager

Zino Aviation is seeking an execution-focused Digital Marketing, Growth & AI Manager to drive digital campaigns, performance marketing, marketing automation, and AI-powered workflows across the Group's companies.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Manage email marketing and automation workflows
• Run and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to improve conversion rates and ROI
• Manage and optimise CRM systems, particularly Zoho CRM, Campaigns, and Forms; build workflows, lead-capture systems, and dashboards
• Manage websites and landing pages; track KPIs, traffic, and conversions with regular reporting
• Implement AI-powered marketing systems and automate repetitive marketing activities
• Support social media growth and audience acquisition strategies

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in digital, growth, or performance marketing, or marketing technology
• Proficiency with CRM and automation platforms (Zoho CRM/Campaigns/Forms preferred; HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make acceptable)
• Strong analytics skills (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools)
• Strong AI fluency and systems-thinking mindset
• Proven track record executing digital campaigns and growth initiatives
• Highly analytical, organised, proactive, and results-oriented
