About the role

Sales Lead

SENCE Nigeria is seeking an experienced Sales Lead to drive sales strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and manage key relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors in the premium residential segment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive comprehensive sales strategy across all active developments, focusing on buyer and investor acquisition
  • Take personal responsibility for closing high-value transactions while managing team performance
  • Define and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets aligned with company growth objectives
  • Identify strategic opportunities to grow presence in the premium residential market
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Sales Executives with structured coaching, performance reviews, and skill development
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and corporate buyers
  • Present financial cases for developments credibly, including yields, capital appreciation, and payment structures
  • Lead representation at investor briefings, property exhibitions, site activations, and roadshows
  • Maintain a well-structured pipeline of qualified buyers and investors using CRM systems
  • Identify and develop new business channels including referral networks, agent partnerships, and corporate buyers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements in the premium residential segment
  • Provide market intelligence to inform campaign direction, product positioning, and launch strategy
  • Oversee preparation and management of sales documentation and contractual obligations
  • Enforce CRM discipline and maintain accurate transaction records with full confidentiality
  • Submit timely weekly and monthly reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and team performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5–12 years of sales experience
