About the role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling high-end products, developing sales strategies, mentoring teams, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to improve performance
- Drive sales growth and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in selling high-end or premium products
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, customer engagement, and strategic planning abilities
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month
