About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling high-end products, developing sales strategies, mentoring teams, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to improve performance
  • Drive sales growth and expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in selling high-end or premium products
  • Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, customer engagement, and strategic planning abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams

Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month
