Job Summary A kiddies store, is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions across our social media platforms, assist parents and guardians with product inquiries, process orders, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook. Assist customers with product information, availability, pricing, and recommendations. Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs and preferences. Confirm orders, payments, and delivery details. Follow up on customer inquiries and pending orders. Handle customer complaints, feedback, and after-sales support effectively. Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly. Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat patronage. Ensure a pleasant and professional customer experience at all times. Escalate complex issues to management when necessary. Requirements Minimum of OND qualification. Previous experience in customer service, retail, social media management, or a related role is an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Good knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work independently. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. Location Requirement Applicants must reside in Festac or its immediate environs. Candidates who do not live in Festac, Amuwo Odofin, Apple Junction, Satellite Town, or nearby areas should not apply. Compensation Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 Monthly
