St. Columbanus Secondary School is seeking a qualified Geography Teacher to join their team. The role involves delivering quality education in Geography and contributing to the academic development of students.

Responsibilities

• Delivering effective Geography lessons to students.
• Preparing lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Assessing student performance and providing feedback.
• Participating in school activities and staff meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of a First Degree (BA, B.Sc, or HND) in Geography or related field.
• Possession of a B.Ed or PGDE is an advantage.
• A Master's or PhD is considered a significant advantage.
• Must have a First Class or Second Class Upper degree classification.
• Demonstrated teaching ability and educational character.
• Relevant teaching experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
