E-commerce Personnel

We are seeking e-commerce personnel to produce, edit, and manage short-form video content while handling product listings, advertising campaigns, and customer engagement across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and manage short-form video content to promote products and increase customer engagement
• Create and publish product listings and marketing content across multiple e-commerce platforms
• Execute online advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information and resolving concerns
• Facilitate online transactions and ensure a seamless purchasing experience for customers
• Monitor platform performance and customer feedback to optimise content and sales strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Minimum degree in a related field
• Full proficiency in English
• Available for full-time work (8 AM to 5 PM)

Salary

NGN 250,000 – 400,000 per month
