Production Manager

Guangzhou Mengsen Technologies, a leading smartcard manufacturing company producing SIM cards, debit/ATM cards, prepaid cards, scratch cards, and smart technology solutions, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee production activities and ensure smooth manufacturing operations — planning, managing, and supervising production while ensuring targets, quality, and safety are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities
• Ensure production schedules are followed and targets achieved
• Supervise smartcard manufacturing (card printing, personalization, chip embedding, packaging, quality checks)
• Monitor machine performance, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency
• Work with QC/QA to maintain product quality standards and address defects
• Identify ways to reduce waste and improve production processes
• Supervise production staff, ensure policy/safety compliance, and train staff
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and productivity
• Manage raw materials and coordinate with store/procurement for stock
• Keep accurate production records and reports
• Ensure factory safety rules and manufacturing compliance standards are followed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Production Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in smartcard manufacturing, plastic card production, commercial/security printing, or related industries is an advantage
• Good knowledge of production planning and factory operations
• Ability to supervise teams and manage production schedules
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Good report writing and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
