Loan Disbursement / Recovery Officer

We are looking for a loan disbursement and recovery officer to facilitate lending for our clients by assessing creditworthiness and processing relevant paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing loan requests and assessing clients’ financial status.
• Follow up with clients about loan renewals and monitor progress of existing loans requirements and skills.
• Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests, contact clients to gather financial data and documentation.
• Ensure loan applications adhere to company policies, internal credit policies, and legal/regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Good communication skills and proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer or similar role.
