GABS Financial Services Limited is seeking an experienced, high-caliber executive to serve as the key operational bridge between our finance and marketing functions, driving strategic business growth, AUM expansion, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities, expand Assets Under Management (AUM), and optimize client acquisition strategies.
• Partner with marketing and business development teams to design, package, and launch competitive fund products.
• Leverage deep knowledge of fund management unit economics to drive company profitability and maximize margins.
• Oversee core operations, ensuring seamless portfolio accounting, fund valuation, and accurate financial reporting.
• Streamline business processes for maximum operational efficiency.
• Ensure all operational and revenue activities adhere strictly to internal risk frameworks and SEC/regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Professional Certification: Mandatory membership of ICAN, ACCA, or CFA.
• Experience: 10–12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Investment Banking, Asset/Fund Management, or Private Equity.
• Strong expertise in financial accounting, corporate finance, and commercial marketing strategies for investment products.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams across both front-office (revenue) and back-office (control) functions.

Salary ₦500,000 – ₦800,000 Monthly
