About the role

Customer Service Officer (After Sales)

Super Nannies Nigeria is seeking a Customer Service Officer (After Sales) to join our team in Lagos. You will manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback while providing professional after-sales support in a fast-paced domestic staffing and caregiving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Provide after-sales support to clients
  • Resolve customer issues with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Handle conflict resolution effectively

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or after-sales support

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience is an added advantage)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
