Customer Service Officer (After Sales)
Super Nannies Nigeria is seeking a Customer Service Officer (After Sales) to join our team in Lagos. You will manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback while providing professional after-sales support in a fast-paced domestic staffing and caregiving environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Provide after-sales support to clients
- Resolve customer issues with strong problem-solving abilities
- Handle conflict resolution effectively
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Minimum OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or after-sales support
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience is an added advantage)
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
