Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited, a leading Non-Banking Financial Intermediary and Equipment Leasing firm licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria, is recruiting Sales Team Leads for its Loan and Investment division across three locations.

About the Role As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team focused on loan and investment products, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales team performance
• Develop and execute sales strategies for loan and investment products
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Monitor team productivity and provide coaching
• Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements

• Sales leadership experience
• Knowledge of loan and investment products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team
• Target-driven mindset

Salary ₦230,000 – ₦300,000 per month
