Sales Associate

Alliance and General Insurance Plc is seeking proactive Sales Associates to drive business growth and expand their client base across multiple states in Nigeria. The role involves meeting and exceeding sales targets, promoting insurance products, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed set monthly sales targets.
• Open and develop new worksites and business opportunities.
• Promote and sell the company's full range of insurance products.
• Ensure total compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• Prepare and submit prompt weekly sales reports as directed.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Qualification: NCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant field.
• 0–3 years of proven experience in sales.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills.

Salary ₦170,000 Monthly + Incentives
