Agency Manager

Recruit, train, and manage a team of unit managers and sales executives while driving sales initiatives and strategies to build brand visibility and achieve agency targets.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 4 competent unit managers
• Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 20 sales executives
• Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies and sales plans to build brand visibility
• Ensure monthly targets for the team are met and exceeded
• Make excellent sales monthly

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience in Real Estate or Insurance sector
• Minimum of 3 years as a Sales Manager in Real Estate or Insurance Sector
• Interpersonal Skills
