Sales Representative

About the Role Verstand Resources Limited is seeking sales professionals to take ownership of assigned territories, grow the customer base, and consistently meet sales targets. You'll represent RENUZI's products across different sales channels depending on your assignment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within your territory
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
• Ensure full coverage of assigned routes, markets, or territories
• Represent RENUZI's products with strong market and product knowledge
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customers, and stock movement
• Identify new sales opportunities within your territory

Territory Options

• Territory Sales Rep (TSR): Alapere & Ketu environs
• Open Market Sales Rep (OMSR): Mile 12 Market
• Van Sales Rep (VSR): Alapere, Mende, Ketu, Oworoshonki, Shangisha, Ojota

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE qualification
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (FMCG background strongly preferred)
• Strong active listening and customer relationship skills
• Resilience and persistence — comfortable with daily targets and market conditions
• Good knowledge of Ojota, Ketu, Alapere, Mende, Oworoshonki, Shangisha, or Mile 12 areas (depending on assigned territory)
• Valid driver's licence (may be required for VSR roles)
