After Sales Associate – ERP

Sun King (Formerly Greenlight Planet) is seeking an After Sales Associate – ERP to manage after-sales data integrity and reporting within SAP. This role is central to maintaining accurate warranty claims, service orders, spare parts transactions, and reverse logistics data while designing performance dashboards and ensuring system hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Perform structured daily, weekly, and monthly SAP data entry for warranty claims, service orders, repair job cards, goods receipts, goods issues, and returns
  • Create and process Service Notifications, Service Orders (CS module), and Repair Orders in SAP with accurate classification and status updates
  • Record field return goods movements in SAP (MIGO), including transfer postings and scrapping transactions, maintaining full traceability
  • Process spare parts issues and receipts against correct cost centres, plant codes, and storage locations
  • Execute month-end and period-close entries, including GR/IR reconciliation and stock valuation updates
  • Maintain master data accuracy (material master, service master, customer master, equipment records)
  • Design and maintain comprehensive after-sales performance dashboards covering key KPIs using SAP, Excel, Power BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Develop standardised dashboard templates for multi-geography use
  • Conduct regular SAP data audits to identify and correct errors, duplicates, and misclassifications
  • Monitor and resolve GR/IR mismatches, unconfirmed service orders, and stale open transactions
  • Enforce data entry standards through SOPs, checklists, and training guides
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports including warranty ageing, open service order summaries, spare parts consumption, and return goods status
  • Prepare monthly after-sales performance packs with management commentary
  • Track and report after-sales cost elements (warranty costs, repair labour, spare parts, write-offs)
  • Monitor SLA and TAT compliance for service and repair orders
  • Manage end-to-end spare parts transaction flows from requisition to issue and return
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure SAP accuracy of physical movements
  • Track reverse logistics flows of defective and field return goods from collection through final disposition
  • Assist with supplier warranty claims documentation
  • Identify and escalate slow-moving, excess, or obsolete spare parts inventory
  • Maintain accurate spare parts inventory records across all after-sales locations
  • Coordinate periodic spare parts cycle counts and annual stock takes with SAP reconciliation
  • Ensure correct valuation, batch management, and serial number tracking
  • Produce monthly spare parts inventory reports with stock ageing, consumption, and dead stock analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience working with SAP in after-sales or service operations
