Medical Sales Representative

Responsible for expanding the company's product footprint across various markets, managing client relationships, and gathering competitive intelligence. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships and achieving set targets.

Responsibilities

• Initiate strategies to establish an effective product presence in open markets, labs, pharmacies, and institutions.
• Source new customers and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure growth.
• Gather intelligence on competitors and their marketing strategies.
• Ensure regular reconciliation of customer accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in sciences such as Human Anatomy, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc.
• At least one year of medical sales experience.
• Ability to work independently, with business acumen, attention to detail, leadership, and effective selling skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Must be hardworking, target-oriented, and possess high integrity and leadership skills.
• Must reside and have worked in the intended location for at least one year.
• Age must be less than 35 years.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
• Extensive knowledge of key clients and market dynamics is required.

Salary

• N120,000 per month with a robust incentive and commission structure.
