Sales Manager
Drive property sales and manage client relationships while achieving revenue targets through effective marketing and negotiation strategies at Pruvia Integrated Limited.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Guide clients through property buying, selling, and leasing processes
- Provide expert insights on property valuations, investment opportunities, and market trends
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote available properties
- Create and manage online listings, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
- Organize and conduct property showings and open houses
- Negotiate offers, pricing, and contract terms between buyers and sellers
- Prepare and manage transaction documents, contracts, and sales agreements
- Liaise with mortgage lenders, surveyors, inspectors, and lawyers for smooth deal closure
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, transactions, and client communications
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and client databases
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings with clients and team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property management
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- In-depth understanding of the local real estate market, property trends, and valuation
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team
