Stock Officer

Responsible for managing and maintaining the company's stock, ensuring accurate records, proper storage, and timely movement of goods. This role involves receiving, inspecting, and documenting goods, as well as coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect goods from suppliers, warehouses, and branches.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper documentation.
• Arrange and store stock in a safe and organized manner.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Inventory, and Accounts teams.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure no unauthorized access or removal of company stock.
• Submit daily or periodic stock reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Previous experience in stock control, warehouse operations, or inventory management is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Basic computer and inventory software skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Honest, accountable, organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
