Sales Representative
Leap Microfinance is seeking a Sales Representative to drive business growth by engaging prospects and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role involves proactive outreach, product promotion, and portfolio management within a microfinance setting.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to individuals and businesses to present deposit and loan products tailored to their needs
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to increase business share
- Conduct thorough evaluations of potential customers before onboarding and at scheduled intervals to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to provide seamless, high-quality service to customers
- Contribute to daily marketing activities and advertising of the bank's products
- Perform proper follow-up on existing customers and daily monitoring of the loan portfolio
- Review client documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Ensure assigned sales targets and budgets are met and participate in sales performance review meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3–4 years of work experience
