About the role
Brit Properties is hiring an Agency Manager to lead sales operations in Ajah, Lagos. You will recruit and manage a team of Unit Managers and Sales Executives, drive sales initiatives, and ensure the agency meets monthly targets.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, retain, and manage at least 4 competent Unit Managers
- Recruit, train, retain, and manage at least 20 Sales Executives
- Drive sales initiatives, strategies, and plans to increase brand visibility
- Ensure the agency consistently meets and exceeds monthly sales targets
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND qualification
- Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the Real Estate or Insurance sector
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales Manager in the Real Estate or Insurance sector
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
