Business Development Officer (Mobilization Officer)

A dynamic financial services role focused on deposit mobilization and revenue generation for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients in the Lagos financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive deposit mobilization and achieve monthly business targets
• Identify, engage, and onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients
• Develop and implement strategies to expand and sustain the customer base
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and present regular reports on performance, business pipeline, and revenue generation
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 6–10 years of proven experience in business development, sales, and deposit mobilization within the financial sector
• Strong track record of achieving or surpassing financial targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Results-driven with a high level of professionalism
• Core financial industry experience required
• Hands-on experience with loan disbursement in Microfinance Banks (MFBs)
• Must have verifiable transaction volumes managed
