Store Manager – Twinsfaja Supermarket

Twinsfaja Supermarket is recruiting an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations across our Ikotun and Ijegun locations in Lagos. You'll lead a team, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff activities
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and stock management
• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
• Prepare operational reports and maintain store records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in retail or supermarket management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to drive sales and achieve business targets
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
