Sales Operations Manager

About the Role: Assist to Hire Limited, a leading HR outsourcing company, is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to drive growth in the outsourcing business within the human resources industry. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and operational oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify and contact new business prospects
• Develop cost-effective strategies for sourcing new business opportunities in collaboration with management
• Source potential clients seeking recruitment or payroll outsourcing services
• Prepare business improvement proposals for existing clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business stakeholders
• Contact prospective clients to establish rapport and schedule meetings
• Analyze recruitment process discrepancies and implement solutions
• Supervise internal staff to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in staff recruitment to meet client expectations
• Manage staff benefits, payroll, and staffing levels for existing clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in Business Development within the Manpower/Outsourcing industry
• Previous experience as a Business Development Officer or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills
• Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Strong business acumen

Salary: N350,000 – N400,000 per month
