About the role

Van Sales Representative

Saro Agrosciences Limited is seeking a Van Sales Representative to drive retail customer engagement and ensure product availability across assigned sales routes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and adhere strictly to route plans
  • Develop and maintain detailed customer lists with contact information
  • Sell company products to current and potential retail outlets
  • Deliver targets across all sales KPIs (calls, inventory management, collections, strike rate, average order size)
  • Ensure products are sold at official company price list rates
  • Maintain the van in accordance with company guidelines
  • Keep a driver's logbook documenting itineraries, fuel consumption, and maintenance records
  • Develop marketing plan information and implementation for assigned territory
  • Report customer and consumer satisfaction issues
  • Grow existing and new retail customers to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High integrity; ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in local language of assigned area
  • Computer literate
  • Must be a resident of the city of interest
