Recruiter

Bradfield Consulting Limited is seeking a Recruiter to assist in developing and implementing the firm's recruiting strategies and processes, working closely with the management team.

Responsibilities

• Work with the managing consultant to develop, implement, and manage the firm's business development and client services plan.
• Develop new HR products across Recruitment and Outsourcing Consulting.
• Develop recruitment proposals for new and existing clients.
• Identify business opportunities, prospect leads, uncover client needs, and qualify leads for the wider team.
• Develop position profiles and comprehensive job descriptions for roles.
• Work with the sourcing analyst to develop sourcing strategies for each role.
• Educate clients on the recruiting process.
• Use applicant tracking technology and recruiting tools to review, select, and progress candidates.
• Develop interview reports for shortlisted candidates.
• Build and manage strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Solicit and document feedback throughout the interview process.
• Manage recruiting to meet hiring goals, consistently hitting performance metrics.
• Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Humanities, or related social science field.
• Minimum of 5 years' recruiting experience, with proven results.
• Consulting firm experience is an added advantage.
• Measurable track record of success in external sales/business development.
• Proven leadership and consensus-building skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, and comfortable working with staff at all levels.

Salary ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly
