About the role
Compliance Lead
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Lead to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. This hybrid role requires a strategic professional with extensive experience in compliance, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Liaise with auditors from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and other regulatory bodies
- Oversee transaction monitoring and regulatory reporting processes
- Support onboarding compliance activities
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in compliance
- Experience with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulatory processes
- Strong audit liaison and stakeholder management skills
- Transaction monitoring and regulatory reporting expertise
- Experience with Stanbic IBTC or Standard Chartered Bank is highly preferred
- Onboarding experience is an added advantage
Salary ₦1,000,000 monthly
