Fivetran is looking for an Analyst to join our GTM Analytics team, where you'll turn data into insights that shape decisions across Sales, Strategy, RevOps, Marketing, and more. You'll write SQL queries, clean and structure data in Excel or Google Sheets, and deliver clear takeaways for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Write and adapt SQL queries against well-defined requests
• Look up existing metrics in Looker or Omni to understand how they're built
• Pull, clean, and structure data in Excel or Google Sheets
• Summarize findings into clear, plain-language takeaways
• Validate data accuracy before sharing outputs
• Ask clarifying questions to properly scope a request
• Escalate complex requests to senior team members
• Maintain documentation of recurring requests
• Support ad hoc reporting needs across various teams

Requirements

• Working knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, basic aggregate functions)
• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic understanding of SaaS sales concepts
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable asking questions rather than guessing at ambiguous requests
• Comfortable navigating existing Looker or Omni dashboards
