Social Media / Digital Marketing Officer

LEAM Consulting Limited is seeking a passionate and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Officer to manage our online presence and generate qualified leads through multiple social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage company social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp
• Create and post engaging product content and promotional materials
• Respond to customer inquiries and generate qualified leads
• Convert online traffic into potential customers for the sales team
• Maintain daily communication with prospects via social media and WhatsApp
• Track performance of posts and provide weekly reports

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc in any relevant field
• Previous experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Proven experience managing social media pages
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva is an advantage)
