Finance Manager

Pinnah Foods is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts, P&L statements, and cash flow reports.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
• Monitor and control food cost percentage, operational expenses, and labor costs.
• Conduct variance analysis on food cost, wastage, and inventory usage.
• Partner with Operations and Kitchen leadership to optimize margins.
• Ensure accurate revenue capture across all channels and strengthen internal controls.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor inventory valuation, track stock variances, and ensure accurate COGS reporting.
• Maintain fixed asset register in line with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support internal/external audits.
• Drive efficiency in financial processes using ERP systems like Odoo.
• Lead and develop the finance team, setting performance targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
