Senior Hardware Installation Engineer (Pre-Sales & After-Sales Technical Support)

Mobile Plus Technologies INTL COY..Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Installation Engineer to lead full-process hardware project implementation, from pre-sales technical support through after-sales delivery and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, debugging, and delivery of hardware equipment; ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines
• Conduct on-site customer assessments; prepare hardware implementation plans, BOM lists, and technical bid documents
• Establish and improve hardware installation standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Provide technical training to internal teams and customers
• Handle complex after-sales technical upgrades and troubleshoot difficult faults
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software, network, and project management teams to resolve integration and compatibility issues

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in IT hardware installation and system integration
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead implementation and delivery of at least 3 large-scale projects

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in installation and debugging of servers, storage, network equipment, security monitoring, and terminal devices
• Familiar with computer room wiring standards, construction standards, and safety regulations for power and weak current work
• Strong networking foundation (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing and switching); ability to troubleshoot across network and physical layers

Soft Skills:

• Excellent proposal writing and on-site communication skills
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical language
• Strong crisis management under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, HCIE/CCIE, or weak current engineer certifications
• Experience with solar power supply systems
• Background in education or medical industries
