Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve regional sales targets, managing and motivating the sales team, and building strong relationships with distributors and key customers.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
• Manage, supervise, and motivate the sales team within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/ HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years cognitive experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
• Driving experience required.
• Experienced in managing sales territories, distributors, and sales teams.
• Proficient in computer operation.
