Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited is a leading non-banking financial intermediary and equipment leasing firm in Nigeria. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition and Engagement Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools.
