About the role
Administrative Manager
Nine Stars Limited is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensure efficient office management, and supervise support staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company's administrative operations and support services
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure optimal performance
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and procurement activities
- Coordinate company logistics, travel arrangements, and asset management
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Monitor office budgets and control administrative expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with government agencies, vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Support management in planning, organizing, and executing company projects and activities
- Oversee fleet, security, facility maintenance, and general office operations
- Prepare periodic administrative reports for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field
- 5–10 years of administrative management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management tools
- Experience in facility management, procurement, and office administration
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
