About the role

Administrative Manager

Nine Stars Limited is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensure efficient office management, and supervise support staff.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the company's administrative operations and support services
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure optimal performance
  • Manage office facilities, equipment, and procurement activities
  • Coordinate company logistics, travel arrangements, and asset management
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Monitor office budgets and control administrative expenses
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with government agencies, vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders
  • Support management in planning, organizing, and executing company projects and activities
  • Oversee fleet, security, facility maintenance, and general office operations
  • Prepare periodic administrative reports for management review

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field
  • 5–10 years of administrative management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management tools
  • Experience in facility management, procurement, and office administration
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
