About the role
Digital Marketing & Engagement Specialist
A financial services company in Ikoyi, Lagos is seeking a Digital Marketing & Engagement Specialist to develop and implement effective digital marketing and audience strategies that strengthen the organization's online presence, increase brand visibility, and foster meaningful interaction with target audiences across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
- Create and manage digital content
- Drive audience engagement across platforms
- Analyze performance metrics and produce reports
- Support partnerships and campaigns
Requirements
- First degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Design/Media Production, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and online advertising
- Excellent content creation and storytelling abilities
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Work Structure Onsite for the first 4 months, then hybrid
Salary N350,000 monthly net + other benefits and allowances
