Digital Marketing Associate

Tybitx Services International Limited is seeking a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement across online platforms. This full-time role is based in Lekki, Lagos, and is ideal for individuals with a passion for digital storytelling, strong design skills, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing graphics, social media posts, and marketing materials using Canva or other design tools
• Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms to boost brand visibility
• Manage company accounts to ensure consistent posting, audience engagement, and community growth
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize results
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with property listings and client acquisition goals
• Maintain the company's core brand identity and messaging across all digital content
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva proficiency is mandatory)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Practical understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and online advertising strategies
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable steps
