Group Head, Tax, Risk & Compliance

The Group Head, Tax, Risk & Compliance will be responsible for overseeing all tax, risk, and compliance functions across the organization. This role is critical to ensuring that the company operates within legal and regulatory frameworks while supporting strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the tax, risk, and compliance functions across all subsidiaries.
• Ensure adherence to local and international tax laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate organizational risks.
• Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tax, risk, and compliance, preferably in the steel manufacturing, mining, or energy sectors.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian tax laws and corporate governance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a senior management team.
