Customer Service Representative

Yellow Door Hotels is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure every guest experience is smooth, personalized, and memorable.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to calls, emails, and social media chats from guests
  • Log issues, escalate when needed, and follow up until closure
  • Assist with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
  • Collect guest feedback and monitor review platforms
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/booking systems and prepare daily reports
