Customer Service Representative
Yellow Door Hotels is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure every guest experience is smooth, personalized, and memorable.
Responsibilities
- Respond to calls, emails, and social media chats from guests
- Log issues, escalate when needed, and follow up until closure
- Assist with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Collect guest feedback and monitor review platforms
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/booking systems and prepare daily reports
