Customer Service Intern – Kartel Energy

Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming phone calls
- Generate and qualify sales leads
- Assess customer needs and ensure satisfaction
- Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships through open communication
- Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and methods
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints with appropriate solutions and timely follow-up
