Customer Service Intern – Kartel Energy

Join Kartel Energy as a Customer Service Intern and develop critical client-facing skills in a fast-paced energy sector environment. This role offers hands-on experience in phone support, sales lead generation, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of incoming phone calls
  • Generate and qualify sales leads
  • Assess customer needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships through open communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and methods
  • Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints with appropriate solutions and timely follow-up
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process accounts
  • Follow all communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers
