Head of Operations

We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and results-oriented Head of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations of our hospitality business. You will drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining operational and financial standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all business units
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Lead and manage departmental heads to achieve operational and business objectives
• Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and improve overall efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and health and safety standards
• Analyze operational performance and prepare reports for executive management
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and business growth initiatives
• Recruit, mentor, develop, and evaluate departmental managers and operational staff
• Resolve operational challenges and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (preferably hospitality)
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and people management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple departments and drive operational performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management systems
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 per month
