Human Resources Officer

Oak Exclusive is hiring a Human Resources Officer to manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment to fostering a positive workplace culture across its growing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across production, printing, and administrative departments
• Coordinate onboarding and maintain accurate employee records
• Administer payroll, employee leave, and benefits
• Support employee relations and help foster a culture of craftsmanship and operational excellence

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in human resources
• Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

Salary ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month
