Marketing Officer
A Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing digital campaigns, and supporting business development initiatives. This role involves lead generation, brand management, and performance monitoring to enhance the company's market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and market opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing activities and social media platforms.
- Support the development of marketing budgets and monitor expenditure.
- Prepare market intelligence reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead generation and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and corporate events.
- Track and report on marketing activities, leads, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–4 years' relevant marketing experience.
- Experience in the energy, power, industrial, engineering or related sector will be an advantage.
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, social media management, content development, and campaign execution.
- Experience in lead generation, customer engagement, and market research.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
