PG Consulting Limited is seeking a competent Digital Marketer with a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The role involves managing social media presence, planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance to optimize results.

Responsibilities

• Social media management.
• Planning and executing all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Designing, building, and maintaining social media presence.
• Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies.
• Monitoring, tracking, analyzing and reporting on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
• Researching and evaluating the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Business growth.
• Proficiency in Graphic designs.
• Understanding of web publishing requirements.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Proven work experience as a social media manager.
• Hands-on experience in content management.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
