Quality Assurance Officer

The role ensures the quality, safety and regulatory compliance of the clinic. Promotes a culture of excellence, drives continuous improvement, and ensures the clinic remains inspection and accreditation ready.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive evidence-based outcomes across the clinic.
• Develop, implement and monitor quality, occupational health, safety and compliance policies.
• Oversee infection-control activities across all patient-care areas of the clinic (consulting rooms, treatment/infusion rooms, lobby/reception areas).
• Advise staff health, workplace safety, and promote employee well-being.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance and continuous inspection/accreditation readiness.
• Investigate incidents, complaints and poor-quality outcomes and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline (Master's-level qualification is an advantage)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in quality, compliance, healthcare administration, or a regulatory role
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary clinical environment
• Experience developing and maintaining protocols, policies, and procedures
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
