Marketing Area Manager

Jawa Group of Companies is seeking a Marketing Area Manager to lead Medical Representatives within an assigned territory, drive sales growth, and expand market presence in the pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Medical Representatives within the assigned territory
• Drive achievement of sales targets and business objectives
• Develop and implement effective sales and territory management strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, distributors, and key stakeholders
• Conduct regular field coaching and performance evaluations for Medical Representatives
• Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic market intelligence
• Prepare and submit accurate sales and market performance reports
• Ensure proper implementation of promotional activities and marketing campaigns

Requirements

Education:

• B.Sc. in any Science-related discipline

Experience:

• Minimum 3–4 years as an Area Manager in a pharmaceutical company
• Successfully supervised 5–6 Medical Representatives
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development skills
• Good knowledge of hospitals, doctors, pharmacists, and the pharmaceutical market
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive
