Customer Sales Executive - VONO
Vitafoam Nigeria Plc is seeking high-performing Customer Sales Executives to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and convert prospects into loyal customers through field or direct sales of tangible goods.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in field or direct sales of physical/tangible products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum B.Sc./HND qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales of tangible goods (FMCG, electronics, furniture, industrial products, etc.)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with local market terrain
- Ability to work independently and in a team
