About the role

Customer Sales Executive - VONO

Vitafoam Nigeria Plc is seeking high-performing Customer Sales Executives to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and convert prospects into loyal customers through field or direct sales of tangible goods.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in field or direct sales of physical/tangible products
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints professionally
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports

Requirements

  • Minimum B.Sc./HND qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales of tangible goods (FMCG, electronics, furniture, industrial products, etc.)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with local market terrain
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
