About the role
Head of Sales & Marketing
Earl Consulting Lagos is seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth and brand positioning for the company's real estate division. This is a full-time, strategic leadership role based in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute strategic sales growth plans and revenue stream strategies in collaboration with the Head of Sales
- Establish the firm as Nigeria's premier real estate company and build top-of-mind brand awareness in the real estate industry
- Develop branding, packaging, and messaging strategies for real estate products; build market-leading product positioning
- Oversee product definition, market segmentation, differentiation, and positioning
- Develop and coordinate marketing and communications strategies across social media, TV, SEM, telesales, email, direct mail, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
- Manage company websites and all digital marketing channels for real estate products
- Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets; drive performance to achieve sales targets
- Control marketing and selling expenses to meet approved budgets and profit margins
- Identify, conceive, and refine products and services in liaison with Consulting and Construction divisions
- Provide support, motivation, and direction to the sales organization to meet targets
- Develop pricing strategies based on market conditions, quality, location, and cost analysis
- Manage buyer payment plans and credit terms; coordinate with Finance for timely collections
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and surveys to identify customer requirements and market trends
Requirements
Education:
- B.Sc. plus M.Sc. in Social Sciences or Management
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in the same role in real estate or related industry
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams
- Minimum age: 35 years
