Facility Supervisor

MetroTrust Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facility Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of Ninestars Agricultural Ltd.'s facility located along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in Ogun State. This on-site, full-time role ensures a clean, safe, and efficient working environment through effective coordination of staff, maintenance activities, and compliance protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations including utilities, cleaning, waste management, and security support.
• Supervise and coordinate facility staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Schedule, monitor, and document preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment and building systems.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian safety regulations and conduct regular facility inspections.
• Respond promptly to facility-related incidents, emergencies, or service requests.
• Track facility performance metrics, maintain accurate records, and support budgeting for operational needs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in facility or property operations.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and manage multiple service providers.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in Nigeria.
• Proficiency in maintenance scheduling, documentation, and basic technical troubleshooting.
