Warehouse Manager

Zaron is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, staff performance, order fulfillment, and efficient storage and dispatch processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control and dispatch operations.
• Ensure proper warehouse organization and efficient space utilization.
• Supervise loading and unloading of goods to prevent errors and damage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and audits.
• Monitor stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Ensure timely picking, packing and dispatch of orders.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for efficient deliveries.
• Supervise, train and manage warehouse staff.
• Enforce discipline, productivity, SOPs and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Prepare warehouse performance and inventory reports.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of inventory or ERP systems is an advantage.
