Direct Sales Representative

Catilas Resources Limited is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition and promote banking products and services across Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers for banking products
• Actively market and sell assigned banking products to individuals and businesses
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Ensure full compliance with bank policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and referrals

Requirements

• Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Minimum Lower Credit or Second Class Lower Division grade
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset
• Age 35 years or below
