Customer Service Representative

Surface Engineering Construction Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when interacting with customers
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels
• Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and support
• Ensure customers receive timely and satisfactory resolutions to their concerns

Requirements

• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling stressed or upset customers
• Proficiency in using computers and basic office applications
• Previous experience in customer support or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must reside on the Lagos Mainland

Salary

₦90,000 – ₦150,000 per month
